Invoice brands for sponsored posts, content partnerships, and influencer campaigns. Professional invoices from Tidybill.
An influencer invoice is a billing document issued to brands or their agencies for sponsored content creation and publication. Influencers create content (posts, stories, videos, blog articles) promoting a brand's products or services to their audience in exchange for payment. Invoices should clearly describe the content delivered (number of posts, platforms, format, live date), the audience reach, and usage rights granted. Influencer rates are based on follower count, engagement rate, and content quality. Gifted products are not billable unless converted to a paid partnership. Influencer payments are taxable income and must be declared; invoices create the financial record for both the influencer and the brand. The ASA requires that paid partnerships are clearly labelled as advertising.
