Can I try Tidybill for free?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with no credit card required. You get 1 company, 5 clients, and 5 invoices per month straight away. If you want to try paid features, Starter and Pro both include a 14-day free trial.
What happens when I hit my plan limit?
You will be notified as you approach your limit. Once you reach it, you can still view and manage existing records but creating new ones will be paused until you upgrade or free up capacity. We will never delete your data.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. If you downgrade and exceed the lower plan's limits, you can remove excess records at your own pace.
Do you offer refunds?
If you are unhappy within the first 30 days of a paid plan, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
