After creating your Tidybill account, go to Settings and open the Import section. Select FreshBooks as your source, authorize the connection, and choose which records to bring over: clients, invoices, payments, or all of the above. The import runs in the background and you will be notified when it completes.
Will I lose any data when switching?
No. The import brings over your clients, invoice history, and payments. Your FreshBooks account remains untouched throughout the process. You can run both accounts in parallel until you are comfortable with the switch.
